At Sky Gems, each piece is crafted and prepared with care. Because many of our items are made-to-order or carefully inspected prior to shipment, we ask that you review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.
Processing times may vary depending on:
• Item availability
• Production requirements
• Customization or engraving
• Order volume
In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for shipping.
Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional production time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
Sky Gems partners with trusted carriers to ensure secure delivery. Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.
For high-value purchases, we may require:
• Signature confirmation upon delivery
• Insured shipping
• Additional verification prior to shipment
We reserve the right to upgrade shipping methods at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Sky Gems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available:
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing.
Sky Gems is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Sky Gems is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we may assist in filing a carrier claim if applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status and coordinate receipt when signature confirmation is required.
Delays & Force Majeure
Sky Gems is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Carrier disruptions
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Customs delays
• Labor strikes
At Sky Gems, we take pride in ensuring your jewelry arrives securely and beautifully packaged. Every shipment is prepared with the same level of care and precision as the piece inside.
High-Value & Insured Shipping (Orders $9,999 and Above)
For pieces valued at $9,999 or more, Sky Gems implements enhanced security measures to ensure safe and discreet delivery.
These orders include:
• Fully insured shipping coverage
• Signature confirmation required at delivery
• Discreet packaging with no external branding indicating value
• Additional order verification prior to shipment
To protect both our clients and our company, we may contact you to verify billing and shipping details before releasing high-value orders. This may include identity verification or confirmation of purchase authorization.
High-value shipments may require delivery to:
• The billing address associated with the payment method, or
• An address verified through additional security screening
We reserve the right to delay shipment until verification is completed.
Signature Requirement
A direct adult signature is required upon delivery for all high-value items. Packages cannot be left unattended, at doorsteps, or with third parties unless authorized directly through the carrier.
If delivery is missed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup according to their policies.
Insurance & Claims
All high-value shipments are insured while in transit. In the rare event a package is lost or damaged in transit:
• The customer must notify Sky Gems within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
• Claims will be handled in coordination with the shipping carrier.
• Customers may be required to cooperate in filing documentation for insurance purposes.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered with verified signature confirmation, liability transfers to the recipient.
Security & Fraud Prevention
Sky Gems reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipment of high-value orders if:
• Fraud risk is detected
• Payment authorization cannot be verified
• Shipping details appear inconsistent or suspicious
These measures are taken to protect our clients and maintain the integrity of our brand.
