We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up to date. Because our jewelry is handcrafted and features natural gemstones, slight variations in color, carat weight, stone shape, texture, and finish may occur.
Photography, lighting, and screen settings may also affect how products appear. These minor differences are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel or adjust the order accordingly.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you submit payment, you authorize Sky Gems to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
For high-value purchases, we may require additional identity verification before processing or shipping an order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors are suspected.
Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Custom, engraved, resized, or personalized pieces are crafted specifically for you. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be canceled.
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.
Any design approval provided by the customer is considered final confirmation of specifications.
Pricing & Sales Tax
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law, including California sales tax where applicable. Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes associated with international shipments.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production time, order volume, and carrier delays.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Sky Gems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
For high-value items, signature confirmation may be required.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our posted Refund & Return Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
Sky Gems reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Warranty
Sky Gems provides a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials as outlined in our Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage varies based on purchase price and applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lost stones, negligence, or third-party repairs.
Any repair, resizing, polishing, or modification performed by another jeweler voids the warranty.

All content on this website, including logos, designs, product names, images, graphics, text, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of Sky Gems.
