Warranty Coverage by Purchase Price
• Items under $9,999: 1-Year Limited Warranty
• Items $9,999 and over: 3-Year Limited Warranty
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase shown on your order confirmation or receipt.
What This Warranty Covers
Sky Gems warrants eligible jewelry against defects in workmanship and/or materials for the applicable warranty period listed above.
If a covered defect is confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Sky Gems. If the exact item is no longer available, Sky Gems may replace it with a comparable item of equal value.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
• Lost or missing stones
• Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or negligence
• General wear and tear, including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, chipping, fading, or normal surface abrasion over time
• Damage from chemicals (cleaners, chlorine, perfumes, lotions), harsh environments, or improper storage
• Any alterations, repairs, resizing, polishing, or servicing performed by anyone other than Sky Gems or a Sky Gems–authorized provider
Important: Do Not Repair Elsewhere
If you experience a warranty-related issue, do not have the item repaired by another jeweler.
Any third-party repair or modification will void your warranty.
How to Request Warranty Service
To start a warranty claim, contact Sky Gems Customer Care with:
• Your order number (or proof of purchase)
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos/videos showing the concern (if possible)
Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for next steps, including return authorization if the item needs inspection.
